Current Version:

  • The current version is 2.5

  • You can find out what version you are using by selecting the Help and About RemoteDesk menu functions in RemoteDesk.

  • If you are not using the current version, you can get it right now.
    Getting an upgrade is as as easy as 1,2,3!

    • (1) Simply select the RemoteDesk upgrade icon to download your copy.

      - Download the most recent version of RemoteDesk
      You may be required to get a USERID and Password first. Contact us to get this.

    • (2) Read, print or download the installation instructions type readupgde.txt

    • (3) Once you have completed the download, simply proceed to Upgrade Order , and fill in the order form, selecting RemoteDesk Upgrade Version. We will instruct you on the payment details as it varies depending what version you are upgrading from.
