Use the RemoteDesk Send function to update the PPC device with your accounting information. RemoteDesk searches the appropriate paths. In the Send function, there is also a PPC Sync option that will invoke the data synchronization to the PPC device instead of waiting for the normal Active Sync process to begin.
Once some test orders are created on the PPC device, you use the RemoteCE PPC program Day End to create the ascii export files. These ascii export files contain the order header and detailed information and are later synchronized through Active Sync to the desktop PC. Use the Receive function to read and process the PPC orders into RemoteDesk Administrator.
