Accounting Interface Guide

Company Profile

The RemoteDesk Company Profile, selected from the <Profile> button on the main menu contains the data path for your Great Plains Dynamics database. The setting is used during the Import and the Export operations. On the Company Profile screen, select the Data Options tab and check the Accounting datapath. If it is not correct, click on the <browse> button to set it. Ensure that you select the correct Great Plains Dynamics version that you are using as the Accounting System.

Click on <Save> and exit. You will have to restart RemoteDesk to ensure all Company Profile settings take effect.

If you re-initialize your RemoteDesk data, you must re-set the Accounting datapath here to your Dynamics database.
