Exporting customers to Accounts Receivable requires several additional fields be filled to complete the records. For additional information on any of these fields or how they are used, please refer to your Dynamics documentation for adding new customers in A/R.

Click on the drop-down arrow icon to make your selection.
Balance Type: Choose between Open Item or Balance Forward
Price Level: Choose the default Price Level that is to be associated with any new customer records being added.
Cash Account From: Select where the Cash GL account is derived. If you select Checkbook, then you must enter the Checkbook you are using. If you choose Customer, then you must choose the customer Cash Account.
Currency: Enter the default currency for the new customers being added.
Customer Accounts: Enter all of the customer GL accounts for each of the categories displayed.
Customer Country: Select the default country for new customers being added.
Once all of the options have been filled in, you can click on the
OK
button to proceed with the export.
When the export has completed a summary screen gives the total records processed.
Note: If there are any error messages or errors counted on the summary screen, the details can be checked in the Error Report. This report can be selected from the Reports menu.
