ACCPAC Interface Notes

1. The Order Status function in RemoteDesk allows you to check on orders that have been posted to ACCPAC. It tracks when the order was received, shipped and invoiced. It also has special flags for credit hold and on backorder. There is an additional flag for ACCPAC for Windows that signals when the sales order has exceeded the customers credit limit. This shows up as a "problem" flag.

2. The item price list in RemoteDesk keeps the base price as well as the discount levels for customer pricing. It does not support the ACCPAC "markup" pricing as an option.

3. The customer records in RemoteDesk keeps a single salesperson code. It does not support the ACCPAC "multiple" salespeople per customer feature.
