Exporting customers to Accounts Receivable requires several additional fields that RemoteDesk does not keep. These are prompted for on a special screen.
Click on the drop-down arrow icon to make your selection.
Customer Group: Select the Customer Group that these customers belong to in A/R.
Account Set Code: Select the Account Set code from the ones defined in A/R to be used for these customers.
Billing Cycle Code: Select the Billing Cycle code to be used for these customers.
Interest Profile Code: Select the Interest Profile code to be used for these new customers.
Tax Group: Select the Tax Group for these new customers.
Optional Fields: On the right side of the screen you can select any user definable fields that have been created for your master customer record.
Once all highlighted fields have been filled in, click on the <OK> button to proceed with the export to ACCPAC.
